Responsibilities Take customer incoming calls

Customer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities
\n
Data entry within a business management system
\n
Back office support Requirements High school diploma
\n
English: advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and written
\n
Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role is preferred The ability to respond appropriately under pressure
\n
Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
\n
SAP knowledge may be advantageous The hiring will be on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
