We are looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Specialist to own our communication strategy, driving engagement from the moment a user signs up throughout their entire academic journey and into their professional life.
🎯 What You'll Do
* Design and implement automated journeys (onboarding, retention, win-back) that guide users through their evolving needs
* Constantly identify opportunities to integrate new tools or features into our communication stack to improve scalability and personalization
* Optimize email copy, landing pages, and digital assets. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure every touchpoint is relevant and high-converting
* Run continuous tests on everything from subject lines to frequency and delivery times to maximize impact
* Monitor KPIs and transform data into strategic insights that influence the broader marketing roadmap.
🏆 What We're Looking For
* You have hands-on experience with CRM/Automation tools (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, Mailchimp) and you are excited by the idea of exploring new tech and APIs.
* You are a self-starter who proactively suggests new communication flows and isn't afraid to \"think outside the inbox.\"
* Professional English is mandatory; additional languages are a strong plus
* ou are comfortable with database management and take full ownership of your results, even when working toward tight deadlines.
