This position focuses on learning design and development (not training delivery), supporting a global audience through scalable, standards‑driven training programs.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to analyze training needs and define clear, measurable learning objectives
2. Designing effective learning experiences using established instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
3. Selecting the most appropriate learning formats (eLearning, Instructor‑Led Training, Web‑Based Training, videos, job aids, guides)
4. Developing multi‑modal learning assets for adult learners, including interactive eLearning, student and facilitator guides, assessments, and supporting content
5. Creating and refining assessments aligned with learning objectives (quizzes, knowledge checks, closed‑book exams, troubleshooting scenarios)
6. Managing projects end‑to‑end: timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross‑functional handoffs
7. Leading review cycles and incorporating feedback to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness
8. Coordinating with production teams and supporting course release through the Learning Management System (LMS)
9. Working across regions and time zones while keeping projects on track

What We’re Looking For

10. Experience in instructional design for adult learners in corporate training, professional development, or continuing education
11. A degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field (certifications are a plus)
12. Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks (Andragogy, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Cognitive Load Theory, Gagné’s Nine Events)
13. Proven experience working in an SME‑partner model
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
15. A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and planning skills
16. Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment

Technical Skills

17. Learning Management Systems (e.g., Saba, Canvas, Moodle)
18. eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia
19. Project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira, MS Project)
20. Collaboration tools (MS Teams, Google Docs, Slack)
21. Graphic design or video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) are a plus

22. Work in a global, collaborative learning organization
23. Design training that supports real performance and business impact
