The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) introduces the client to the Golden world, explaining the heritage and the values of the Brand. The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) is dedicated to crafting a complete and personalized Golden total look for the clients, capturing their dreams and reflecting their personality.
Responsibilities include:

* Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks.
* Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up‑selling and cross‑selling strategies.
* Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships, ensuring customers feel part of the Golden Family, using omnichannel practices and digital tools.
* Contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual displays and store standards.
* Assist with store operational procedures including opening/closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.
* Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).
