As part of the Supply Chain Department Demand & Supply Planning Team you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions.
Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of Supply Chain operations related to all types of trade animation.
- Coordination with the company departments (Trade Marketing, Categories, etc.) and European Supply Chain Team to ensure the correct flow of information at the correct time.
- Business data analysis in order to support the success of commercial activities in compliance with stock value and rotation index targets.
- Uploading necessary information into the forecasting system in order to calculate sales forecasts and to execute stores / ecom replenishment.
- Deliveries follow‑up both on the central warehouse and on stores / ecom. Check quantities and timing and coordinate with Demand Planners and Supply Planners for any corrective action.
- Ex‑post analysis to identify and highlight elements of success and improvement.
- Support to Demand Planners in new product / brand launch activities: planning, execution and control.
- Creation / maintenance of useful databases to improve effectiveness and communication with other company departments.
Qualifications
- Engineering or Economics degree.
- Almost 1 year of experience in planning retail environment is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel; experience with forecasting systems is a plus.
- Fluent level of English is mandatory.
- Analytical attitude.
