Main Duties:
Assist the complete process involving events, conference and banqueting reservations;Assist the F&B; department by mail and phone and with the appointments from the first offer right to closure of the final bills all supervised by F&B;Assist the follow up to maintain the relationship with guests;Assist the process to maximize revenue opportunities by expanding business to achieve targets;Assist in developing sales plans and promotions together with the Director of F&B; and the Events Service Manager;Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, invoices, confirmation letters and EO's supervised by the Events Sales Manager;Assist the Event Service Manager with all the pre-events details;Assist operational and administrative functions to ensure service details;Assist the internal communications leasing with F&B; Team;Assist in conducting the competitor's analysis (twice a year);Follow the company's procedure.
