You will actively contribute to the commercial plan by identifying new market opportunities, acquiring customers, and building long‑term relationships. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role combining business development, customer engagement, and collaboration with marketing and key account teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads /li liIdentify, develop, and nurture new and existing customer relationships to build long‑term partnerships /li liConduct regular site visits within the assigned geographical area (cold visits, scheduled meetings, and technical evaluations) /li liDeliver company presentations to potential and existing clients, including at trade fairs and events /li liContribute to the commercial plan by identifying, leveraging, and nurturing sales opportunities /li liWork with Italian and international colleagues to share best practices and commercial ideasDeliver outstanding customer satisfaction by responding to customer needs, handling complaints, and informing clients about new developments and BauWatch solutions /li liAdvise the Managing Director, Product Management, and Group Management on market opportunities, risks, and potential adjustments to commercial strategy based on market insights and data /li /ul h3What We Expect From You /h3 ul li3–5 years of relevant sales experience /li liPrevious experience or relationships within the construction, renewables, or security industry /li liStrong customer focus with the ability to adapt to client needs /li liIndependent and proactive, able to manage your work autonomously /li liMotivated, target‑driven, and willing to go the extra mile /li liFriendly team player with a can‑do attitude and strong communication skills /li liFlexible and adaptable to changing environments, tasks, and priorities /li liExperience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) /li liWillingness to travel within the assigned region and periodically to Milan HQ /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
