It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores. **GLOBAL RETAIL OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations Intern to support our Global Retail Operations team. The Retail Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting in the execution of day-to-day retail operations activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering a seamless customer experience across all retail channels. Previous experience working in a retail store environment is a plus. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Support senior team members in the implementation of retail operations strategies and initiatives to optimize store performance and achieve business objectives.
- Assist senior team members in the development and maintenance of retail operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Support the Global Retail Operations Team in store visits to pilot Global Development Projects. This activity may include collaboration with both Region Retail Operations Teams and Store staff.
- If requested, Conduct store visits and audits to assess compliance with operational standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and inventory management procedures.
- Provide Regions with the tools to train, orientate and support store staff on the processes, procedures and systems of Retail Operations. This activity may include collaboration with Region Retail Operations Teams, Retail Training teams and Store staff.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. **REQUIREMENTS**: - In-Store experience may be a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of the English and Italian completes the profile we are looking for. Other language skills would be preferred.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit with an inner drive to constantly develop and improve as well as the capability to deliver and make the difference in a fast paced environment.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in executing operational tasks.
