We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to Chief Officers and Executives.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication at all levels
Prepare and edit presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate and manage meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow‑ups
Support the organization of international travel, events, and leadership meetings
Monitor priorities, anticipate needs, and proactively resolve issues
Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and cross‑functional teams globally
Support ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, ideally within a multinational or complex organizational setting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with digital collaboration tools is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to adapt style to different audiences
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast‑paced environment
