MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading global fashion & lifestyle business on the search for a Senior Finance Analyst to join their team in Milan. Working closely with the US-based Finance Director and European leadership, this role is pivotal in driving profitable growth across one of the group’s most iconic fashion brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow models
* Analyse performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities
* Deliver commercial insight that drives strategic decisions
* Partner cross-functionally to drive process improvements
* Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting
* Support initiatives through robust cost/benefit analysis
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years post-qualified experience in finance
* Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian is essential
* Strong Excel skills and solid grasp of accounting principles (SAP preferred)
* Proven success in a multi-entity, product-led business (fashion, retail, or FMCG)
* A proactive mindset and a collaborative, communicative style
* Experience working with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
Salary c - €50k-60k basic
