Description
This person is responsible for performing professional level business systems analysis and project management activities which include planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining Watts business applications and computer systems.
User/support base is spread across 3 business sites in Italy and Spain. Occasional travel is needed.
Reporting Structure
This role reports to the IT Manager for DACH, CEE, SEE, UK & Benelux and it is based in Biassono (MB) office in Italy.
Responsibilities:
* Understand the challenges and requirements of the functional business areas
* Use the ICT and business expertise to optimize processes, analyze change requests, share your insights as a specialist and provide solutions
* Define, design, document and implement ERP functional changes in order to improve processes and services as per the business needs
* Run the ERP upgrade projects
* Projects/Process/BPM:
o Process analysis, elaboration and implementation of solutions in cooperation with the business departments
o Continuous improvement of IT Business processes adapted to the needs of the departments
o Support and further development of the ERP- system
o Interface function between IT and department/key users for the ERP system and connected systems
o Coaching of employees / trainees
* Provide functional support of local IT systems and integrations in order to solve incidents, requests and problems
* Closely work with business process owners, ERP supplier, global IT team and Internal/External Auditors
* Maintain a robust ITGC Environment
* Management of IT staff (1 Admin) assigned in Watts Industries Italia
We are looking for:
* Bachelor degree in IT or comparable
* Fluent English and Italian verbal and written skills
* Proven working experience as an ERP/IT LEADER (min. 5 years of managerial experience) or relevant experience
* Experience with IBMi (as/400), SQL and DB2
* Proven experience with ERP systems (ERP “SmeUp” is a plus)
* Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
* Experience in SOX Processes
* Knowledge of service and support of infrastructure and ERP systems in an industrial company with several sites
* Hands-on attitude
