Join our amazing team of Account Executives Inbound and rise to the challenge to evolve in the IT sector! As an Account Executive Inbound at Odoo, we handle the whole sales cycle adopting a consultative sales approach and guide prospects by actively driving the sales process — all with a high focus on our product's added value. As a member of our team, you will have direct interaction with a diverse range of companies, from small independent businesses to well-established corporations. Your role will be to advise these companies on digitizing their operations through personalized demonstrations of their business flows in the Odoo software. Additionally, your negotiation skills will be crucial in converting new customers and cultivating long-lasting relationships. Responsibilities include: Becoming an expert in using Odoo and acquiring technical/functional knowledge Handling the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing, without prospecting Analyzing customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain points Providing customers with tailored software demonstrations Creating customized offers and negotiating contracts Managing the closing process and a 6-month post-sale support period Must-have qualifications: 1-5 years of experience as a Salesperson or Consultant, preferably in B2B Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1) Strong knowledge of business structures Excellent communication skills Genuine interest in software products Ability to build trust and enthusiasm with clients Nice-to-have skills: Results-oriented and open-minded attitude Knowledge of ERP and SaaS markets Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Adaptability to new strategies and environments What is great about this job: Be a key part of Odoo's new subsidiary evolution No cold calling — leads from marketing channels Solution selling & consulting approach Engage with diverse stakeholders across industries Work with an impactful product Benefits include: Competitive salary Global connectivity and diverse clients Company events Young, dynamic, international environment Work from home (2 fixed days/week) We value diversity and inclusion and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
