Il nostro clienteImportant multinational retail company based in Milan.Ruolo Responsibilities include: Analyzing retail business issues and goals, in order to turn these into an HR plan aligned with the business strategy;
Providing insights/advices in the people aspects of organisational change and transition, recommending and implementing process improvements;
Travelling to the stores to perform on-site surveys, assess store performance, and ensure alignment with company standards;
Ensuring timely management of administrative HR processes and procedures by tracking monthly deadlines and by keeping employee records (, hires, terminations, contract updates, role and compensation changes, etc.) accurately updated in the HR system (Workday);
Providing support in all the daily activities related to employees' life-cycle events (hiring, onboarding and people management);
Developing forward-thinking solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategies;
Staying informed about current labor laws and HR relevant practices.
Il candidato prescelto The ideal profile: At least 4-5 years of HR experience in a HR Business Partner role, preferably in a retail multinational context;
Fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken);
Flexibility to travel across Italy to visit the stores within your responsibility.
Willingness to work in fast-paced, dynamic reality, focusing on reaching the goals and keeping high standards of performance.
