We seek scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and share our passion for fighting cancer. /ppbGeneral Description: /b /ppUnder the supervision of the Director of Commercial Operations Italy, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeOne Medicines' oncology products in Italy, managing a team of Key Account Managers. /ppThe Associate Director Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements marketing and sales strategies and is responsible for achieving sales targets supported by defined resources and budgets. The RFM also coaches and develops the commercial team. /ppbEssential Functions: /b /polliBuilds brand awareness for BeOne Medicines and its products in the oncology market. /liliEstablishes strong relationships with KOLs, study groups, and key accounts. /liliPrepares the market for product approvals. /liliImplements marketing strategies for new launches. /liliBuilds and structures a competent commercial field team in Italy. /liliAchieves regional sales goals and performance metrics. /liliPlans and monitors budgets for regional and cluster teams. /liliSets sales goals and analyzes market data. /liliIdentifies developmental needs of team members and provides training and coaching. /liliProvides scientific advice and support to KOLs. /liliCollaborates with cross-functional teams and manages key account plans. /liliWorks with Market Access to facilitate account access. /liliEnsures field force effectiveness in partnership with Marketing. /liliAligns with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams on strategy. /liliParticipates in scientific meetings and workshops. /liliProvides leadership fostering high performance, engagement, and accountability. /liliDevelops a modern leadership culture to attract and retain talent. /liliBuilds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, supporting organizational goals. /liliEnsures patient-centered business decisions and high ethical standards. /li /olpbQualifications: /b /pulliScientific education and experience in similar roles; life science degree preferred. /liliOver 5 years of experience leading commercial teams, especially in oncology. /liliProven success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. /liliDeep knowledge of the oncology market, particularly lung and gastric cancers. /liliExcellent contacts with oncologists and opinion leaders. /liliStrong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. /liliMotivated, solution-oriented, with a positive attitude. /liliFluent in English, with good computer skills (MS Office). /liliValid driver’s license. /li /ulpuEducation Required: /u University degree in science or business; minimum 10 years industry experience. /ppSupervisory responsibilities include managing the local/regional sales team, hiring, supervising, and developing team members. /ppuComputer Skills: /u Proficiency in MS Office required. /ppOther qualifications include fluency in verbal and written English. /ppbTravel: /b Approximately 60% of the time. /ppOur values of Patients First, Driving Excellence, Bold Ingenuity, and Collaborative Spirit guide us to deliver more affordable medicines worldwide, supported by our core competencies such as teamwork, honesty, initiative, results orientation, analytical thinking, and clear communication. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
