We encourage the contribution of your initiative, skills, and experiences to collectively achieve our shared objectives.Discover a rewarding career at Celli Group, where your professional journey aligns with a global leader at the forefront of innovation and sustainability in the beverage industry.PositionYou will be actively involved in defining, reviewing and updating the Group’s project management processes, support the Head of Project Management in coordinating internal resources and monitoring the proper execution of projects, ensuring that project development meets planned deadlines and budgets, in line with the Group’s development strategies.In details, you will:Create the Project Management PlanLead the Project Team, coordinate all activities in the project and be the interface to the customer and other involved parties (stakeholders).Ensure that applicable laws and regulations are being respected by the Project Team when carrying out the Scope of Work.Create the Project Scope definition.Ensure that the Project Documentation is created and maintained.Create, Maintain the Project Risk ListCreate, maintain and run the Project Communication planActively work on continuous improvement of Project management processesBe the reference point for internal resources in order to transfer knowledge, skills and best practices to junior members of the teamCollaborate with other internal departments to ensure projects are running smoothlyRequirementsYour profile in order to be successfulExperiences and job requirementsAt least 5-7 years as Project Manager in a mid-high complex environmentProven experience in leading team members (even if not hierarchically)Proven experience as single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the customerFamiliar with structured problem-solving methodologiesAbroad experience will be considered a plusTechnical skillsKnowledge in Project Management Fundamentals, preferably PMP certified.Good Equipment and Digital Systems understanding (Data Science, Electronics, Control, Mechanics)Good ability to run configuration management and change management in the project.Good skills in working with usual MS-Office applications, MS-Project and other necessary tools (e.g., to control project budget)Good knowledge in moder ERP system as D365 or SAPAdequate Know-how in Contracting and commercial practiceSix-Sigma black belt certification will be considered a plusPersonal attitudeGood social and leadership skills in a matrix organization (ability to work in a team, ability for effective coordination of a team)Fluent in the English language, verbally and in writingOther informationYou are allowed to up to 4 days per month in smartworking
