TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Updating protocols with Universities Analyzing the Association's needs Defining roles and responsibilities Creating and publishing profiles Screening CVs Planning interviews Conducting assessments Final selection of candidates Handling contracts in collaboration with the Labour Consultant REQUIREMENTS Master's Degree in Humanities aligned with the profile Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Proficiency in LinkedIn usage Knowledge of new technologies Excellent command of English (B2-C1) Willingness to travel Experience in similar activities within non-profit organizations, national or international associations, is preferred.
