We are looking for a medium multinational company based in Livorno area a: JUNIOR CORPORATE CONTROLLER (S191LU) The controller we are looking for plays an important role in the business and has a natural attitude to check and analyse information for developing efficiency with a view of optimizing the business’s profitability together with excellent synthesis skills to identify the KPIs to be monitored to prevent profitability risks. In this position we need someone who is inclined to work in a cross-functional team with excellent interpersonal skills and involvement of colleagues from all business functions. He/She will give his/her support to formulate periodical business plans, forecasts and long-term financial goals and leads implementation and development of internal financial controls. He/She will further need great communication skills in drafting reports for Company Governance to serve as valuable insights for decision making and strategy formulation. Independently handled costing / controlling department at least for 5 yrs. Must have prepared business model of its own. Understand the cost elements at various stages of production till the finished goods dispatch. Good knowledge of P&L cost structure based on standards costs and deviation. Good knowledge of SAP R/3 (modules CO-FI-PM-PS) and BW. Curious to understand the production process and willing to spend a good part of his time in the factory to personally check the possibility of optimizing efficiency and production costs. Company is based in Livorno area.
