Competitive salary and bonus schemeKey Responsabilities:The Sr. BD Manager/BD Manager will work within the Italian Business Development Department, acting as a key point of reference for the whole team, supporting the development and execution of the Recurrent Energy PV and BESS pipeline in Italy (~ 3 GW PV – of which 400+ MW with positive EIA - and more than 10GWh BESS)Drive the advancement of each project opportunity by leading all necessary steps in the process (both internal and external) from any stage up to NTP, including secondary permitting
Coordinate with other functions to secure project financing, procurement and routes-to- market before starting construction
Ensures economic viability of projects/pipeline opportunities (using the financial model and taking ownership of assumptions). Prepare and lead Investment Committee approval process
Effectively and professionally manage relationships with external stakeholders, including public entities (state, regional and local), DNO TSO, development or JV partners, local communities, advisors, etc.
Build new relationships within the utility, municipality, and partners involved allowing the Company to increase the projects portfolio.
Keeps himself/herself fully informed on key market developments, regulatory changes and industry news/events to quickly identify business opportunities or criticalities .Skills Competencies:Proven experience in the ItalianPV and BESS market
Solid knowledge of the regulatory framework and permitting process both at National and Regional level
Strong communication skills: speaking clearly, effectively, and to the point to the top executives.
Exceptional analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
Team-player, understands the power of team collaboration.
Strong Project Management capabilities: being able to coordinate internal and external stakeholders

Used to work under pressure,meeting tight deadlinesin a demanding environment.Education Training:BSc or MSc degree.Languages:Italian native speaker.
