Overview
The Distribution Control Team at Fendi is responsible for the management of core financial reports, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making. As a Distribution Controller, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance on financial reporting requirements to business partners. This includes the review, analysis, and interpretation of financial and budget reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Reporting to the Distribution Control Manager, your responsibilities will encompass sales analysis, reporting, profit and loss analysis, and CAPEX reporting. You will collaborate with Regional CFOs and Controllers, as well as directly interface with the CFO and the WW Management Control Director. Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive P&L analyses through variance analysis for monthly closings
* Budget revisions
* Sales reporting and analyses for executive management
* Lead profitability analysis at the store, country, region and WW level
* Perform business development analysis related to CAPEX investments at worldwide level
* Provide governance and compliance support related to existing processes and new business initiatives
Qualifications
* 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry
* Strong working knowledge of financial ERP systems, specifically SAP, with proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite. Stealth is a plus
* Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in French is a plus
* A demonstrated passion for leveraging new technologies and managing big data to improve financial insights
* Exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of commitment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, with the capacity to interact confidently with both subsidiary controllers and senior management
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment

The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique - a handbag shop and fur workshop followed.
