The Role
Under the leadership of an Engagement Manager, Trindent Senior Consultants apply their expertise to review client processes and identify improvement opportunities to enhance productivity. Senior Consultants are responsible for key project deliverables such as process analysis, data scrubbing, MOS critiques, dashboard development, behavioral assessments, area profiles, and audits. Using Trindent's proven methodology and tools, they deliver sustainable results and foster long-term client relationships.
Senior Consultants primarily work on client sites, engaging with a range of stakeholders from frontline employees to C-Suite executives, influencing key decision-makers.

Travel/Visa & Other Requirements
As travel to client sites is essential, candidates must have a flexible attitude towards travel, be eligible to work in the EU, and be willing to commit to 100% travel across Italy, other European countries, and internationally as needed.
Candidates must also pass a criminal background check as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

* Perform data analysis, process observations, and conduct client interviews to identify process barriers and opportunities.
* Research, perform causal analysis, and formulate hypotheses on product, service, and process workflows.
* Enhance employee productivity by reducing workload fluctuations, developing tools, cross-training staff, eliminating manual processes, and driving accountability.
* Assess client management systems, forecasting, scheduling, process control, data quality, and reporting mechanisms.
* Identify areas for improvement through observations and design tools to improve managerial profitability.
* Perform complex financial modeling to quantify operational change impacts.
* Address measurement issues and concerns related to dynamic and static metrics.
* Coordinate with project teams to plan work, assign responsibilities, review progress, and adjust schedules as needed.
* Adhere to standards ensuring sustainable and predictable client results.
* Build and maintain effective client engagement and communication.
* Coach and mentor client management to adopt changes and manage areas proactively.
* Participate in training delivery and mentor junior staff.
* Perform additional duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering science, specifically related to Oil & Gas or refinery industry, with experience in process plant optimization and energy management projects.
* At least 5 years of consulting experience in an implementation-focused management consulting firm.
* Refinery blending, scheduling, and optimization experience is essential.
* Proven knowledge of process improvement methodologies, focusing on KPIs, active management, and continuous improvement (highlighted on your resume).
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in data mining and analysis using Excel.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to adapt in ambiguous situations and diverse working environments.
* Strong understanding of business ethics and professionalism.
* Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
* Residence near a major airport.
