What you will do
Reporting to the Indirect Procurement Team, the intern will support day-to-day procurement activities across multiple categories, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing processes. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the definition and implementation of procurement strategies aimed at optimizing cost and quality;
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure timely and effective purchasing support;
* Assisting in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting, communication, offer collection and preliminary evaluation;
* Supporting contract management activities in collaboration with the legal department and assisting with purchase order issuance through the company ERP system;
* Contributing to the identification and onboarding of new suppliers to expand and strengthen the supplier base;
* Assisting in the analysis of purchasing data and preparation of reports to monitor spending and key performance indicators (KPIs);
* Maintaining and organizing procurement documentation, including contracts, offers, and supplier records. xjrgpwk
Who we are looking for
* Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Economics or similar fields;
* Available to start soon to a full-time internship;
* Fluent in both English and Italian (minimum B2 level);
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
