About the role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communication professional to join our dynamic team at PT Bambu-Bambu' in Badung, Bali. As a full-time Marketing Communication specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns that effectively promote our range of high-quality bamboo products to our growing customer base.
What you’ll be doing
* Crafting compelling marketing content including social media posts, email newsletters, brochures and other promotional materials
* Managing and optimising our social media presence across key platforms to increase brand awareness and drive sales
* Collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored marketing strategies for key accounts and target markets
* Analysing marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future campaign planning
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing activities remain innovative and effective
* Supporting the broader marketing team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
What we’re looking for
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication campaigns, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry
* Outstanding copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for design
* Proficiency in managing social media platforms and using analytics to measure and optimise performance
* Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
* Passion for the bamboo industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of a sustainable brand
