Join us and be part of something extraordinary! /p h3Customer Success Consultant – North Italy /h3 pCountry/Region: IT /p pLocation: Collegno, Turin, IT, 10093 /p pReq ID 86603 | Collegno, Italy, ZF Digital Solutions Italy S.r.l. /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Consultant for North Italy to help our customers derive maximum value from our products and services by acting as a liaison between the customer and our organization. Focusing on building strong, long‑term relationships, you will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges. Your aim will be to foster customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by helping customers achieve their goals. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of customers. /li liGather feedback from customers and communicate that to the product team to inform future product enhancements. /li liProvide product demonstrations and presentations to customers as needed. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional products or services to existing customers. /li liAssist new customers with the onboarding process, helping them get set up and familiarised with the product or service. /li liProvide training and educational resources to customers to help them optimise their use of the product or service. /li liCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li2–5 years experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally in Customer Success or Account Management. /li liA minimum of 2 years' experience within the transport logistics industry. /li liBackground in vehicle telematics or comparable SaaS solutions, with basic technical knowledge of software and hardware systems. /li liExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and build strong customer relationships. /li liStrong organisational and prioritisation abilities, combined with a customer‑focused mindset and commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction. /li liNative Italian speaker, good level of English, additional languages a plus. /li /ul h3What you can expect /h3 pYou will step into a vibrant culture that values openness and transparency.
