PDRIVALIA is a Crédit Agricole Auto Bank Group’s new rental and mobility company dedicated to the automotive sector which provides a wide range of rental services (from electric car sharing to innovative car subscriptions and rental for all durations) with attractive solutions and competitive rates. /ppCurrently, DRIVALIA operates in 16 European countries, but it will expand with the ambition of becoming one of the leading European operators in the mobility sector of tomorrow, able to combine flexibility, digital use, on-demand approach and sustainability. /ppJob Description /ppWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Data Governance Senior Specialist to join our team. She/he will collaborate with internal customers and external stakeholders to generate valuable outcomes on business processes and data. /ppShe/he will act as project manager by leading the analysis, the harmonization, the improvement, the implementation and the monitoring of solid business processes. She/he will insure the awareness and application of the processes in local entities by regular assessments. /ppFor data governance, she/he will contribute to the data strategy, develop the culture of data, ensure the quality, optimize and support business and regulatory reporting in coordination with ICT Department. She/he will support the digitalization, automation and IA related applications. /ppIn this role, She/he contribute to improve the service quality and internal external customer experiences/satisfaction and align business processes and data governance initiatives in coordination with other departments (business functions, ICT, Compliance, Risk Permanent Control, etc.). She/he will act as a liaison between business units and ICT for data governance-related projects. /ppKey Duties Responsibilities /ppBusiness Process Management: /pulliAnalyze, design, harmonize and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency. /liliInsure process harmonization among entities. /liliDevelop process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. /liliGenerate and analyze KPIs, KRIs (Key Risk Indicators), and KCIs (Key Control Indicators) for measuring business process effectiveness. /liliIdentify automation opportunities and leverage technology to streamline processes. /li /ulpData Governance: /pulliLead projects especially the ones related with data (business and regulatory reportings, Datawarehouse,...). /liliDevelop and enforce data governance policies and procedures. /liliEstablish data quality metrics and monitor data integrity across systems. /liliFacilitate the development implementation of Data protection, data quality/ethics standards across the company from a business perspective. /liliAct as the data stewardship (accessibility, trustworthiness, usability and security). /liliIs the referent for business and regulatory reporting (GDPR, CSRD...). /liliTrigger, support and guide the initiatives towards digitalization, automation and IA related. /liliEnsure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards. /liliWork with ICT and business teams to maintain data accuracy and consistency. /liliProvide training and guidance on data management best practices. /liliIdentify risks related to process inefficiencies and data inaccuracies, proposing mitigation strategies in coordination with internal departments. /liliContribute with Audit team on assessments to evaluate governance effectiveness. /li /ulpRequirements /pulliMaster's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics. /liliSignificant experience (5 years) in similar position in (Full Service) Leasing industry in an international environment is required. /liliOperational experience in project management. /liliExperience with data management tools and workflow automation platforms. /liliProficiency in data governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and digital innovation. /liliExperience in matrix organization with customer (internal external) satisfaction orientation. /liliCapacity to work autonomously with a tactical view. /liliStrong propensity for teamwork, interpersonal relationships, and user support. /liliStrong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). /liliExcellent time management and work organization skills. /liliHigh capacity to adapt to change and embrace new challenges. /liliStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and "outside the box”. /liliHigh level of concentration and meticulous attention to detail. /liliInnovative and risk-based thinking approach to problem solving. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. /liliFrench will be considered as a plus. /li /ul
