We offer a unique opportunity to join our RME team, where you can apply your academic knowledge and continue learning alongside top professionals. The program includes technical training, skill development, and teamwork enhancement, supported by a mentor from the Automation Engineer Team (AE Team).
Participants will undergo over 300 hours of theoretical and practical training with external providers on topics like electrical and electronic systems (e.g., EPLAN, panel wiring), automation, robotics (e.g., PLC programming, Python, SQL), project management, and communication. Upon completion, you will be eligible for an Automation Engineer position within our maintenance teams.
During the apprenticeship, you will work on-site with the AE Team, responsible for control systems and sensors, engaging in fault finding, repairs, training technicians, monitoring MHE metrics, and participating in continuous improvement projects. The role involves non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends, and is available in Piedmont, Lombardy, and Veneto regions. Remote work is not available.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* You are between 18 and 29 years old.
* You hold or will obtain a bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering before starting.
* You speak Italian fluently and have good communication skills.
* You can communicate in English at Level B2 or higher.
* You can understand and follow technical instructions.
* You are passionate about Automation and Engineering.
* You are motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
* You have MS Office skills.
* You enjoy teamwork and building relationships.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in electrical engineering or related fields.
* Project management experience.
* Software development experience.
