More info about us and our technology here our website: allsides.tech Position Overview In this role, you will assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex mechatronic systems and electronic components that drive our automated 3D reconstruction technology. Your work will involve developing and operating precise test setups and calibrating hardware components to meet strict performance standards: ensuring reliable operation in diverse, real-world environments. This is an ideal opportunity for technicians with a background in electronics and mechanical systems who enjoy solving technical challenges on the ground. Main Responsibilities Assist in the testing, development, and maintenance of 3D scanning systems Develop and operate test stands for hardware components to ensure that quality and performance standards are met Collaborate with the team to install 3D scanners at our global client base Assist with client support for troubleshooting electronic and mechanical components onside and at clients worldwide Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferable technical institute in mechatronics or similar) English and either Italian or German Basic knowledge of electronics Hands-on, problem-solving mindset Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Willingness to travel occasionally for installations and client support Nice to have: Familiarity with using Linux/Ubuntu OS Ability to write simple software scripts (e.g. in Python) Passion for cameras and photography Benefits: Competitive salary package Lunch voucher for working days Flexible working hours and work-from-home policy family-friendly environment Personal and professional growth opportunities You don't have to tick every box to apply — your drive and passion matter most!
