This is a pivotal role within our digital leadership team responsible for defining what a 5★ experience feels like for millions of consumers across Europe. You’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring every consumer interaction is simple, connected, and commercially effective. You’ll build and grow a high-performing team, drive design excellence across markets, and champion the voice of the consumer in every business decision.
