For more information about Enovis, please visit /p h3Di cosa ti occuperai | What You'll Do /h3 h3Job Purpose /h3 pOversee the Field Inventory Program and manage the effective inventory deployment at all the external deposits in the Country, supporting the Field Inventory in performing the plan and contacting the Deposits. Ensure the achievement of complete and accurate counts and reconciliation of inventory and assets. Verify that all orders in the ERP are being managed and that there are no unmanaged open orders. Support the Front Office Customer Service team in the collection of issued shipments waiting to be picked up. Support to the Back Office Customer Service team in the collection of the goods subject to expiration date. Support to the Back Office Customer Service team and Warehouse in the resolution of goods returned from customers. This includes supporting the organization in the development, the continuous improvement and the implementation of new processes and policies. Support in training AI models aimed at improving the efficiency of the Operations team. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement and manage inventory levels to support sales and operations in the deployment and definition of customer deposits. /li liReview External Stock analysis with business unit managers to reduce wherever possible /li liSupport in the management of phase-out products market withdrawal. /li liSupport in articles swap strategy based on the Operations and Market needs. /li liInform any external stock risks to business so a plan can be put in place to meet business targets. /li liDefine the Inventory Stock Counts program together with the Team and Keep track of the Stock counts performed and of the adherence with the plans and the policies /li liInform the Customer/Agent/Dealers/Distributors of the incoming Stock Counts and asking for support and location identification /li liAnalyse the results of the stock count and relevant discrepancies, follow up with the customers to review and improve accuracy and result, reconcile positives/negatives with other locations and move the missing item into Variance Warehouse according to the WIN Policies /li liInform Finance of the result by Location in order to write off the discrepancies or to charge the accountable customer/distributor as per Policy Manual /li liEnsure the timely and fully withdraw from the market of the item close to expiring date and coordinate with the warehouse for the shipment of the items for replacement according to the Policies /li liSupport Customer Service in the timely and fully withdraw from the market of the kits and sets to return to the head quarter. /li liEnsure a safe working environment in accordance with Work, Health and Safety legislation. /li liWork within the Enovis Surgical team strategies and Code of Conduct. /li liWorking with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure needs are fully understood and effective planning and activities are in place. /li liFollow the relevant corporate policies in place and archive the relevant documentation /li liEnsure stakeholders adhere to the process and timelines /li liWorking with changing requirements and priorities to meet business and customer needs. /li liSome out of hours and on-call work may be required /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liMaster degree Industrial/Management Engineering or Business Economics /li liExperience with computerised inventory control systems is preferred. /li liComputer literacy including sound knowledge of all other MS Office suite of software. /li liIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience (PowerBI a plus) /li liItalian and English languages are a must /li /ul h3Skills Attributes /h3 ul liAble to demonstrate a background in inventory management. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills – diplomatic but assertive. /li liCustomer focused: Willing to help at all times. /li liUnderstands customer service: Ability to understand and respond to internal and external customer needs. /li liCan work autonomously but is also a team player /li liHigh level of self‑motivation and results focused /li liOutgoing and friendly; Energetic/enthusiastic /li liEfficient with a “can do” attitude /li liHands on approach to all tasks /li liAbility to understand and use analytical concepts to manage report creation and management /li liAble to cope with changing priorities and handle a broad variety of tasks at once /li liAttention to detail - good at follow up /li liOrganised, systematic, logical thinker /li liInnovative /li /ul h3Dichiarazione di pari opportunità /h3 pEnovis si impegna a garantire pari opportunità di lavoro a tutti.
