This position will work in close partnership with Xylem’s Procurement, Finance, and IT leadership. As the Source2Pay Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Source to Pay Master and transactional data (including but not limited to Vendor Master Data, Purchase Orders, Purchasing Info Records, Quota Arrangements, Material, etc.) within Xylem. You will implement Source to Pay Data Governance across the business and mature this over time. This critical role will encompass all aspects of the data lifecycle from creation to destruction, ensuring quality assurance and maintenance of data essential for effective decision-making and operations across the organization. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pullibGovernance Strategy: /b Develop and enforce global data governance policies, standards, and controls. Lead a network of business-aligned data stewards to implement governance practices and ensure alignment with global strategy. /lilibData Maintenance Harmonization: /b Define scalable processes for maintaining, cleansing, and standardizing procurement master data (e.g., vendors, materials, purchasing info records). /lilibQuality Stewardship: /b Establish KPIs and data quality dashboards in partnership with the MDM team. Guide stewards and data owners in resolving quality issues and maintaining compliance. /lilibDocumentation Metadata: /b Maintain authoritative documentation, including data models, dictionaries, and governance procedures. Keep governance materials updated as systems evolve. /lilibTraining Support: /b Train data stewards and end-users on governance policies and data-entry standards.
