Job Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Operation and Maintenance, the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor manages the plant's electrical maintenance activities, both routine and extraordinary.
This is a full-time role with a daily schedule, including possible shift work to support plant operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform electrical checks and measurements
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance
Supervise external service providers
Perform emergency maintenance, including outside regular hours if on call
Conduct electrical safety procedures
Complete ash disposal documentation
Identify spare parts and tools needs and coordinate procurement
Support plant operations as a field operator during shifts as needed
Required Skills and Qualities:
Deep understanding of electrical maintenance procedures and techniques
Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations
Proficiency with Windows software
Experience with AutoCAD or similar software
Teamwork and proactive attitude
Valid driving license (category B or higher)
Relevant experience in the sector and role
