He or she will be in charge of coaching the team, developing talents on a daily basis and evaluating performance of sales team members. /li liLead the department team through briefing, goal setting, training on the product category and feedback sharing. /li liCreate a team spirit whilst managing, motivating, and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. /li liLead by example in demonstrating role model behavior. /li /ul pbSALES CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT: /b /p ul liMaximizing sales results as well as various performance indicators on the product categories. /li liStimulating sales results based on a very good knowledge of the world of luxury and fashion.
