PpbLinear Planner /b will support the team in the creation and optimization of effective offline media plans (TV, Print, Radio), based on in-depth analysis and clear objectives. This role is key in supporting reporting activities and developing data‑driven competitive analyses. We are looking for an individual with a sharp analytical mind, eager to learn and develop their skills within a leading media agency. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate in the planning and management of offline media campaigns, adhering to guidelines provided by the Manager. /li liCollect and process data for competitive analysis, identifying market trends and opportunities. /li liActively utilize specific media planning tools such as Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, MCS, and NetBox for plan development. /li liSupport the preparation of detailed reports on campaign performance and budget allocation. /li liCoordinate internally with relevant teams (e.g., creative agencies) for material collection and space management. /li liActively participate in team meetings and strategic alignment sessions, contributing insights and observations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum of 1–2 years of experience in media planning (preferably within a Media Agency), with a focus on offline media. /li liCrucial knowledge of TV planning; familiarity with Print and Radio will be considered a plus. /li liGood working knowledge and proficiency with industry tools such as Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, MCS, and NetBox. /li liSharp analytical mindset, precision, and meticulous attention to detail. /li liStrong propensity for teamwork and collaboration. /li liProactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire to develop new skills. /li liBachelor's degree or equivalent cultural background. /li liVery good command of English (written and spoken). /li liExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). /li /ul h3Life at WPP Media Benefits /h3 pOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we're just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
