This candidate should work closely with management in order to support, anticipate, solve business needs as partner for the line interlocutors of Company.ResponsibilitiesCoordinates the entire payroll process managed by external providers, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with deadlines, and adherence to current regulations. Collects and validates monthly payroll variables required for payslip processing. (MUST REQUIREMENT)Ensure the recruitment (temporary and permanent) activities both for white and blue collarsEnsure that the Organization chart and job descriptions are matching with the actual Company organisationPrepare the headcount reports and the various employees’ statistics (e.g. absenteeism, turnover etc...) Cooperate with the labour consultantManage daily industrial relations with Company's Unions.Implement the personnel training process including H&S training requirementsImplement employee’s development processes (performance evaluation interviews, competences evaluation, new hires integration program) in order to guarantee resources developmentQualificationsBachelor's degreeMinimum 3 years of experience in HR or related fieldFluent in Italian and EnglishKnowloegde about Italian Labour Law and UnionsStrong organization, communication and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasksProficient in Microsoft Office suite
