Your Tasks - What You can expect as HR Manager Italy?
* You serve as the main HR contact for all employees and managers in Italy in our plants in Oleggio & Poppi.
* You partner with business leaders to support organizational goals and drive employee engagement.
* You ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and regulations.
* You manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
* You oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
* You support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
* You collaborate closely with the HR EMEA team to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.
Your Profile - What do You bring as HR Manager Italy?
* You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* You have at least five years of professional experience in HR, ideally within a multinational environment.
* You possess strong knowledge of Italian labor legislation and have experience in working with unions, including second-level agreements.
* You are fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills.
* You bring experience in change management, ideally in companies transitioning from family-owned to corporate structures.
* You are familiar with talent and performance programs in international organizations.
