Accountabilities
* Lead and scale multiple engineering teams, including managing and mentoring Engineering Managers across key product areas
* Define and execute technical strategy, ensuring alignment with product vision and business objectives
* Drive high‐quality product delivery by balancing speed, scalability, and long‐term maintainability
* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps
* Guide the development of AI‐powered product experiences, leveraging emerging technologies responsibly and effectively
* Foster a high‐performance engineering culture centered on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
* Establish best practices for architecture, development processes, and engineering standards across teams
* Ensure alignment and clarity across a distributed organization, supporting teams through growth and change
Requirements
* Extensive experience leading multiple engineering teams in a high‐growth, product‐focused environment
* Proven track record of managing Engineering Managers and scaling organizations effectively
* Strong technical background with the ability to contribute to architectural and strategic decisions
* Experience defining and executing technical roadmaps across complex product areas
* Demonstrated success in delivering user‐facing products within fast‐paced SaaS or technology environments
* Exposure to AI‐native products or leading teams working on AI‐powered features
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering team growth
* Experience working in distributed or remote‐first environments across multiple regions
* Ability to balance execution speed with quality, scalability, and long‐term vision
* Familiarity with developer xrdztoy tools, workflow automation, or similar technical domains is a plus
* Solid understanding of modern web technologies such as TypeScript/Node.js is advantageous
