To provide a single point of contact for IFF's customers effectively managing the liaison on all issues relating to existing Leagel business. Specifically, he/she will be responsible for the following activities: - Entering customer master data - Checking and sending offers and related updating of contracts - Validation and control and sometimes order entry - Export area document management (certificates, declarations, T2-EUR1 issue, data sheets and any other specifics per market area) - Coordination with logistics, pickups departures Requirements: The desired employee must have previous experience of at least 1 year in a Sales Support role. Fluency in English and German is required (knowledge of a third language including French and Serbian/Croatian will be considered a plus). In addition, experience with Zucchetti's Adhoc management software is preferred. Accuracy, dynamism and listening skills will be strongly appreciated for the role. The company offers a direct placement contract with salary and duration commensurate with the profile and skills.
