Latina is a leading centre of excellence in sterile liquid production with a strategic investment plan to become one of Europes foremost hubs. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 ul liManagement and supervision of CAPEX investment projects relating to pharmaceutical production plants including clean rooms utilities and laboratories /li liPlanning budgeting execution and monitoring of projects in compliance with the timing budget and quality standards required by the pharmaceutical sector. /li liCollaboration with the Corporate functions and internal Quality Production MST HSE and Purchasing departments for the definition of the technical and regulatory specifications of the activities for : /li liFeasibility and drafting of the technical solutions to address users needDefinition of the budget to be proposed to the different stakeholders /li liAct as project manager of the approved projects; /li liHandover at the end of the works in accordance with company procedures. /li liSupervision of the installation commissioning and start-up phases of the plants and infrastructures. /li liEnsure compliance with regulations regarding safety environment and pharmaceutical quality. /li liParticipation in defining the investment strategy of the company in the medium to long term. /li liPromotion of technological innovation and continuous improvement of productive assets. /li /ul pDepending on the candidates experience she / he will be integrated into the organization accordingly /p h3Your profile /h3 ul liEngineering Degree (preferably Mechanical Chemical Industrial or similar). /li li4 to 10 years of experience in managing CAPEX projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences field /li liIn-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and main regulatory standards (e.g. FDA EMA). /li liProven experience in managing complex projects in regulated environments. /li liExcellent project management budgeting and supplier management skills. /li liLeadership skills problem solving and working in cross-functional teams. /li liFluent knowledge of English spoken and written (B2). /li /ul h3Your motivation /h3 pAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment And you want to tackle them creatively and on your own responsibility Do you prefer a get-it-done culture and think in terms of solutions rather than problems What are you waiting for We would be happy to explain our corporate benefits in a personal conversation!
