You will contribute to expanding Genesys' presence by acquiring new customers and generating sustainable revenue growth.

/li liGenerate pipeline through prospecting, networking, and partner collaboration.

/li liEngage C-level and key business decision-makers.
/li liDevelop differentiated value propositions in competitive scenarios.
/li liCollaborate with PreSales, Marketing, and Partners to support pipeline creation and growth.
/li liAchieve and exceed assigned new business quota.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
/li li8+ years of new business (hunter) experience in Enterprise software sales (CCaaS, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) or similar environment.
/li liProven track record in acquiring new logos in the Italian market.
/liliStrong prospecting and pipeline generation skills.
/li liExperience managing competitive sales cycles.
/li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
/li liFluent in Italian and English.
/li liAbility to travel frequently.
