As Technical Manager DTI – Pump Water Solutions, you will be responsible for:
Provide technical support to theCommercial ManagerandApplication Engineerin defining the most suitable solutions for customer needs.
Leadproduct design optimizationinitiatives with a strong focus oncost-outand continuous improvement.
Define and select thetechnical propertiesof products included in the newPump Water Solutionsbusiness portfolio.
Manage and optimizecustomer technical specifications, ensuring alignment with manufacturing capabilities and business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drivedesign-to-marketactivities and accelerate time-to-market for new solutions.
Offertechnical leadershipand make strategic engineering decisions to support business growth.
Actively contribute tobuilding the teamand shaping technical and commercial processes from the ground up.
AttendCustomer meetings/eventsto lead the technical expertise and know how about Pump Water Solutions business
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
MSc Degree inMechanical Engineering(or equivalent).
Proven experience withrotating equipment, preferably in thewaterandenergysectors.
Fluent inEnglish, both written and spoken.
Proficiency withtechnical designtools and CAD/CAE software.
Knowledge ofinternational standards and regulationsrelated to pumps, water, and energy systems.
Availability totravel to attend Customer meetings/eventsuseful to close deals/negotiations
