We are looking for a talented and strategic CRM Manager to enhance user engagement and drive activity on our international e-commerce platform. This role is key to achieving our growth and operational targets by leveraging innovative strategies, data insights, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

As a CRM Manager, you'll craft and implement user-centric CRM strategies across multiple channels, such as push notifications and email. You'll understand user behavior, create tailored plans, and balance business objectives with a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage CRM strategy operations, utilizing channels like push notifications and EDM to increase user activity and reach the DAU target.
* Analyze user behavior data to formulate and execute user growth CRM plans ensuring business OKRs are met.
* Gain insight into the user lifecycle, traffic scheduling, and distribution based on scenario-based requirements, establishing a comprehensive user access strategy system.
* Collaborate closely with product, campaign, and monetization teams to synthesize requirements, develop strategies, balance business targets with user experience, verify data, and iterate continuously.
* Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and provide strategic recommendations for product optimization and business development.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in operational roles.
* Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
* Understanding of the overseas e-commerce industry or platform user operations is preferred.
* Familiarity with user operation strategies and data analysis skills to identify user needs and behavior patterns.
