The Senior Client Advisor will lead projects in the Retirement Business in Italy. The role is suitable for candidates with previous experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Client Executive, or Sales Executive. We are looking for an experienced middle manager with 5 to 10 years in the retirement business, specializing in both Defined Contribution (DC) and Defined Benefit (DB) plans. The candidate should have a proven track record in retirement sales, benefits audit, benchmarking, and wellbeing programs. Deep knowledge of the Italian retirement and healthcare market, coupled with strong accounting skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics, is essential. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and represent the company and business effectively in the market. The candidate will : Be part of a team to deliver comprehensive retirement solutions, including DC and DB plans. Conduct benefits audits and benchmarking to ensure competitive and compliant offerings. Develop and implement wellbeing programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Manage client relationships, drive sales, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Represent the company in the market, develop business activities, and foster strong client relationships. Utilize advanced Excel and data analytics to analyze retirement plan performance and provide actionable insights. Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate complex information to stakeholders. Collaborate with other businesses in the country to enhance the company's presence and drive growth.
