The Sales Assistant will welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process, describing the product and focusing on delivering the highest customer experience.
You will support the store management in building a store environment that nurtures creativity and employee development.

Drive sales: warm welcome, exceptional customer approach, use appropriate sales techniques from start to closing the sale.
Target ZV objectives and meet store KPIs (AB and UPT).
Provide personalised advice and drive sales according to the customer's needs.
Build customer loyalty and understand customer relationship management.
Communicate efficiently and effectively.
Be knowledgeable of the collection and the brand iconic pieces.
Operations:
Drive sales: operating till system, take and process payments.
Manage the till and customers queuing efficiently.
Follow company policy and procedure.
Manage the needs of the customer including exchanges, credit notes and holds.
Offer each customer the opportunity to be on the mailing list.
Maintain the replenishment of bags, boxes etc.
; follow up stock transfers between stores and manage the faulty items procedure with the support from the manager.
Process the deliveries.
Maintain a luxurious store environment and standards.
Answer calls promptly and efficiently, with a pleasant and welcoming manner.
Execute the loss prevention procedure and conduct regular inventories.
Ensure the shop floor and stock room standards are maintained in a clean, tidy condition.
Follow the health & safety guidelines.
Process deliveries (new collection, replenishment...).
Process the replenishment of the items on the shop floor according to the ZV Standards.
Support the Store Management in the VM guidelines implementation.
Profile required:
You have two years' experience or less in sales, in an upper-end brand, and have a passion for the fashion and luxury world.
You can advise and guide a demanding clientele.
You are hard-working, dynamic, energetic with commitment to customer service.
English is required; additional languages are beneficial.

10+ Years of experience required.
Minimum 5+ years of Perf and Analytics.
Knowledge in more than one of the following areas:
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define reporting and Analytics requirements with the Italian team aligned with S/4HANA data structures and reports existing in the central S/4 core model owned by the central core team.
Design and implement Analytics dashboards using live and import connections to S/4HANA.
Support the migration project by validating data flows and ensuring reporting consistency between ECC and S/4 environments.
Work closely with functional teams (FI/CO, Procurement, SD, MM, PM, etc.) to understand business processes and reporting needs.
Ensure Perf and Analytics models are optimized for performance and scalability.
Perform root cause analysis of system errors and implement corrective measures to prevent future disruptions.
Update/create documentation (functional Design, technical design, configuration design, etc.) and support training to business users in Italian.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users to ensure smooth adoption of integrated systems.
