You will serve as a central operational leader, building the frameworks, quality standards, and cross-functional collaboration mechanisms required to successfully deliver high volumes of digital assets while maintaining exceptional quality. /ph3About the team /h3pThe Creative Production team at Amazon Music is an operationally-driven design production team of designers, campaign project managers, QA specialists and operations managers responsible for creating and delivering high volumes of digital assets. We partner closely with internal global stakeholders and external agents to provide operational support while delivering high quality assets in a fast-paced, agile, dynamic multinational environment. /ph3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliSelf-starter with ability to work in ambiguous situations /lili4+ years of industry experience in visual design or related creative discipline /liliDemonstrated ability to hire and develop employees /liliBachelor's degree or equivalent experience /liliPrior experience managing design teams with progression advertising campaign experience /liliDemonstrated proficient written and speaking English communication skills /liliExperience analyzing metrics accurately and building models around data to provide solutions /liliExperienced in client facing roles handling accounts or campaigns /liliProficiency in design principles (Typography, Composition, Scale, and Color Theory) /liliProficiency in design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop Artboards) /liliThorough knowledge of design practices, tools, and standards /liliExperience in design, digital production, and project management of print and digital advertising products /liliPortfolio and assessment are required /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience communicating to a diverse, global audience /liliExperience with performance marketing creative /li /ulpOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
