As part of the Coronary & Renal Denervation (CRDN) businesses within the CardioVascular Portfolio, you’ll work in a dynamic and inclusive environment. Collaborating with Cardiologists, Cath Lab managers, and other stakeholders, you’ll help implement CathWorks technology in hospitals while driving adoption and delivering impactful training programs. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
1. Coordinate and execute initial training sessions for using the CathWorks (CWX) suite, including shadowing users, providing theoretical training, and assisting with first clinical procedures
2. Support the adoption of the CWX suite during the early implementation phase by collaborating with local Sales Representatives (SRs) and ensuring activities are tracked and measured in coordination with the WE HQ team
3. Conduct follow-up training sessions for new and existing users, particularly when new tools or functionalities are introduced
4. Train local SRs during live and demo cases to help them achieve certification in proficient usage of technology
5. Assist local commercial teams (SRs, Marketing) in delivering product presentations and demo cases in target accounts
6. Provide "train the trainer" resources to hospital staff, enabling them to independently train their personnel on the CWX suite
Required Knowledge and Experience:
7. Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a closely related field
8. Minimum 4 years of experience in Computer Science or technology implementation within the healthcare industry, with a focus on medical systems integration
9. Strong knowledge of angiograms and cardiac anatomy, with demonstrated expertise in imaging technologies
10. Proven project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute programs while meeting timelines and objectives
11. Exceptional customer service and communication skills to resolve problems proactively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and hospital staff
12. Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time, within the country of residence and across key European Union (EU) countries
Desirable Qualifications
• Experience implementing innovative diagnostic tools or medical devices in hospital settings
• Familiarity with CathWorks technology or similar non-invasive diagnostic solutions
• Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or advanced technical training related to imaging systems
