We are looking for a Facilities and Fleet Manager, who will be responsible to ensure the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities. Will ensure proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance, scheduling and dispatching the organization's vehicles and drivers. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Plan and implement regular activities to ensure the site is maintained in a safe and efficient manner, meeting Emerson corporate expectations and legal requirements, furthermore in charge pursuant to legislative decree 81/08 - Responsible for all non-production related aspects including Maintenance, Utilities, Reception, Cleaning, Security. - Responsible for effective management of all site contractor including maintenance, vending, cleaning, waste removal etc. - Assume responsibility for day to day coordination and direction of site cleaners, reception and other contract services - Ensure the site is secure at all times and be available in the event of any emergency situations. - Liaise and support teams as required to implement workshop and office moves. - Supervise canteen services. - Manage car fleet by implementing fleet management strategy established in the Emerson policy - Cooperate in reaching Emerson plans to achieve net zero operations by 2030 _.Who You Are: You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations. For This Role, You Will Need: - Technical educational background - Proven experience in similar role. - AutoCad 2D knowledge - Experience in electrical and HVAC Systems Proficient Italian & English languages Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: - Strong personality with the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside of the organization - Experience in an international environment preferred. - Be a committed, self motivated, results driven sales person.
