RAL: €55K - €70K The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Strategist to lead high-impact consulting engagements. You will be the bridge between Business and IT, helping enterprise clients navigate the complexity of becoming data-driven. Your primary focus will be designing Data Strategies, implementing Data Governance frameworks, and guiding the adoption of Data Products organization using our methodology and platforms (like Witboost). You will act as a trusted advisor for C-level executives and Data Leaders, translating business goals into actionable data roadmaps. Responsibilities:
Lead Data Strategy assessments and define Target Operating Models for large enterprises; Design and implement Data Governance frameworks (roles, policies, processes) tailored to Data Products organizations; Guide clients through the organizational change management required to adopt a Data Product mindset; Define KPIs and metrics to measure the ROI of data initiatives; Collaborate with Data Architects and Engineers to ensure the strategy is technically feasible and aligned with Agile Lab’s best practices; Mentor junior/mid strategists and contribute to the growth of the Consulting Data Strategy practice; Facilitate high-level workshops with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; 5+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Governance, or Management Consulting with a focus on Data; Deep understanding of Data Products/Mesh principles, Data Management frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK), and Data Governance tools; Proven experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders (CDOs, CIOs, Business Heads); Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value; Excellent presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint/Keynote mastery); Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (C1+); Willingness to travel occasionally for key client workshops (Agile Nomads spirit!).
