Your main goal is to define, implement, and enhance solutions to regulatory changes or challenges. /ppYou will be responsible for assessing and monitoring all compliance and regulatory risks that Gianni Versace is potentially exposed to, and for ensuring the implementation of compliance actions needed to mitigate such risks. You will also support management in raising awareness of relevant regulations and improving overall compliance across functions. /ppbYour Contributions : /b /pulliCoordinate and organize bi-annual Corporate Steering Committee and quarterly Regional Compliance Working Group meetings; /liliReview compliance risk assessments periodically with Regional, Corporate, and Industrial Operations Management; /liliDesign and review existing company processes and policies, and implement new mechanisms for managing compliance risks, maintaining standards and procedures for the compliance program; /liliSupport management during third-party due diligence processes, focusing on vendors of Industrial Operations, and maintain a vendor risk management system; /liliCoordinate waste management outsourcing and collaborate with the LD Department to organize and deliver compliance training for employees; /liliDesign an annual compliance program and provide ongoing advice to top management, managers, and employees on compliance risks; /liliAssist employees in managing Gifts Giving and Receiving policies and update the Gifts Register; /liliCollaborate with Capri Loss Prevention, Capri HSE / Versace Sustainability, Product Compliance Legal, and Internal Audit on joint projects and attend various Capri / Versace Committees; /liliPrepare and submit regular reports on compliance risks to Compliance Committees, Internal Audit, Supervisory Body (OdV), and Statutory Auditors. /li /ulpbYour Skills : /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Business Law, Economics, or Management; /liliMinimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years in a compliance department within a manufacturing company; /liliKnowledge of global compliance matters and regulations; /liliExperience with compliance risk indicators, reporting, project management in compliance or legal fields, and drafting procedures; /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint; /liliFluent in English and Italian; /liliExcellent project management, analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; /liliKnowledge of an additional European language is a plus; /liliExperience in a multinational group listed on a stock exchange is highly recommended. /li /ulpDiversity and inclusion are core to Versace's DNA.
