What will you do?
* Develop advanced Predictive Analytics and Generative AI solutions by designing Machine Learning models and AI architectures to support strategic business decisions.
* Receive support and training from industry experts to constantly refine your skills.
* Work on challenging projects applying cutting-edge data science techniques.
* Participate in developing internal DataSkills capabilities and contribute to company growth by proposing new ideas, projects, and products, and supporting their development for clients.
What are we looking for?
* At least 1 year of experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or GenAI roles.
* Passion for data and skills in analyzing complex information.
* Strong presentation, communication, and technical writing skills.
* Proficiency in Python, used as the main tool for analysis and predictive modeling.
* Solid SQL skills with query design ability.
* Knowledge of algorithms, models, and main Machine Learning techniques.
* Good relational database skills, organizational skills, proactivity, and enthusiasm.
* Leadership and interpersonal skills, with a predisposition for teamwork.
* English knowledge at B2 level or higher; Italian at C1 level or higher (CEFR standards).
Desirable but not essential:
* Experience in building Data Warehouses/Data Lakes.
* Experience with Apache Spark and Azure Databricks.
