End-to-end management of the functional Profit & Loss for all indirect areas (IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing & Strategy, Strategic Partnerships, General Management)Act as a business partner to Functional Directors and EMEA Functional ControllersGuarantee the accuracy and quality of reporting related to all indirect cost centersEnsure Staff Cost reporting, including FTE monitoring, monthly closing, forecast, and budget activitiesAnalyze and monitor consultancy and development-related costs, ensuring alignment with financial targetsContribute to monthly closing processes in collaboration with FP&A and Controlling Director and Administration DepartmentMaintain and update the indirect cost allocation model to the business, based on regional guidelinesSupport the review and analysis of country-level fixed costs on a monthly basisProactively suggest actions for cost optimization and efficiency across the functions
What we need from you
At least 4/5 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A, ideally in a Multinational xjrgpwk or Matrix organizationStrong understanding of indirect costs, staff cost planning, and cost allocation methodologiesProficiency in Excel and experience in managing database tools (e.g., Access, Power BI, Power Query)Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Oracle Cloud is preferred)Analytical mindset, accuracy, and ability to manage deadlinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English (spoken and written)
