Scopo della Posizione
Supportare l’area commerciale FFM nell’identificazione, analisi, sviluppo e ottimizzazione delle nuove opportunità commerciali su prospect SME e Corporate attraverso gli strumenti e i processi definiti aziendalmente, in linea con la strategia commerciale e con l’obiettivo di favorire la creazione di nuovi clienti.
Principali Attività
Fornire supporto nell’elaborazione di liste prospect profilate mediante i tool aziendali;
Fornire supporto nella definizione insieme al marketing dei criteri di profilazione dei prospect in scope e identificazione di strumenti di prospecting a supporto dell’attività di hunting (Margò, liste marketing, etc);
Fornire supporto e sviluppare l’attività di qualifica delle nuove possibilità mediante la profilazione di target di clientela SME & Corporate e gestire attività di contatto prevalentemente a freddo;
Fornire supporto nell’individuazione dei referenti e dei decision maker delle aziende prospect e gestione del primo contatto prima dell’intervento dei sales;
Supportare l’area commerciale nella:
Definizione, insieme al marketing, dei materiali promozionali e proposizione delle soluzioni di mobilità ai prospect;
Supporto nella gestione del processo di ordine (inserimento, monitoraggio, follow up), di annullamento e modifica di ordini già acquisiti;
Supporto nella gestione, se necessario e/o richiesto, dei reclami e delle richieste di informazioni ricevute dai clienti e/o driver;
Conoscenze/Competenze
Diploma di laurea in discipline economiche, scientifiche, umanistiche
Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office
Buona conoscenza lingua inglese
Passione per il settore Automotive
